General Conditions of Hotel Monasterio de Boltaña

1. Guarantee Policy:

All reservations require a credit card for confirmation. This will be used as a guarantee to hold your room available throughout the night of the arrival date.

No charges will be made to the credit card, except for rates or periods with special conditions, which will be indicated at the time of booking. The amount of the stay must be paid directly at the hotel.

The hotel reserves the right to verify the validity of the credit card. If the credit card provided is rejected by our system, the reservation will be automatically canceled.

2. Cancellation Policy:

Reservations can be canceled free of charge up to 24 hours before the arrival date, except for prepaid stay rates.

In the case of cancellations outside the deadline or no-show, we will proceed to charge the amount of the first night, taxes included, to the provided credit card, and the rest of the stay will be canceled.

Cancellation of prepaid, non-refundable reservations does not entitle to a refund of the prepaid amount.

In the event of early departure, the hotel reserves the right to apply regular rates for one night.

3. Check-in/Check-out Times:

Check-in is from 16:00h onwards. Check-out time: 12:00h maximum.

4. Families and Special Needs:

Up to the age of 2 years (inclusive), a baby can stay free of charge by requesting a crib.

Persons with disabilities: If you need special attention, please contact us via email at reservas@hotelmonasteriodeboltana.com to ensure the availability of the specially prepared room for your comfort.

5. Traveling with Your Pet:

Pets are not allowed in the hotel. For now 🙂

6. Privacy and Protection of Personal Data:

All personal data provided to us will be treated confidentially and incorporated into a file for advertising purposes owned by the Hotel Monasterio de Boltaña (Monasterio Boltaña SL.) and under no circumstances will they be transmitted or transferred to third parties.

If you have chosen to receive future promotions from the Hotel Monasterio de Boltaña, you have the right to cancel this request at any time.

7. Group Booking Policy:
